Watchdog Storage LLC. will forward the first and last month lease payment, of a 12-month rental storage lease, directly to the charity of your choice. To participate in this program, you must adhere to the following guidelines.

1. This offer does not apply to any tenant who is presently leasing a storage space at Watchdog Storage LLC, or any current tenant who re-rents at the facility within 3 months of their last lease expiration.
   
   
2. To be eligible, a charity must be legally registered as an IRS Code Sect. 501, C3, non-profit agency anywhere in the country, but provide services within the Berks, Chester or Montgomery County region. An organization that is affiliated with a non-profit agency as a beneficiary individual or group of a non-profit organization can submit a letter from the non-profit group to be approved.
   
   
3. The storage tenant much present a “Charity Challenge Application” at the time of signing the 12-month lease for self-storage space, at which time the designated agency shall be identified. A Charity Challenge Application can be obtained from the manager at Watchdog Storage in Pottstown at the time of execution of the storage lease, or via fax upon request.
   
   
4. The Charity Challenge shall immediately be voided in the event that the tenant should default on the 12-month self-storage lease terms at any time during the lease. In this event, Watchdog Storage shall not be responsible for any subsequent payments. The charity will be notified in writing of any default by a tenant in this program.
   
   
5. Your participation in the “Charity Challenge” program does not relieve the tenant of any responsibility to follow any of the rules, regulations or obligations as specified in the lease agreement that are applicable to every other tenant in the facility.
   
   
6. If the tenant successfully completes the first year lease, and makes all payments under the terms of the initial lease, the tenant is eligible to execute a 2nd one year lease. In this event, the last month’s payment of the lease extension shall be paid directly to a charity of their choice.
   
   
7. Watchdog Storage reserves the right to terminate or suspend this program if 95% of the storage units in the facility have been rented.
